Well from them I decided that the square design would fit best...
As you can see in the above image i very quickly worked out that i could get a larger box to fold out from a smaller cube. This idea i took and ran with...best represented on my poster through the 3d model.
To make the small cube - box idea work I have incorporated a bookshelf into the design which everything folds out of, or is stored in. Very Japanese don't you think. I have addresses the comfortable issue by using tatami mats on the base panel of my design. And now its up to the finishing stages...
